Last updated: February 9, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rally ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Nature of the Service

Rally is a hobby project maintained on a best-effort basis. It is not a commercially supported product. The Service is provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We make no commitments regarding uptime, availability, reliability, accuracy, or continued operation of the Service.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your use of the Service. You should not rely on the Service as your sole source of information for any important decisions.

4. No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Rally, its creators, maintainers, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service—regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero dollars ($0.00), whichever is greater.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rally, its creators, maintainers, and contributors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Service Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also restrict or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion for any reason or no reason.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software—are owned by or licensed to Rally and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
